Program Description

The Interior Region Family Navigator will help families of children and youth with navigation of healthcare and social services in the BC interior.

Who can use this program?

Caregivers of children and youth, or dependent adults up to the age of 25 with a mental illness or substance abuse issue.

How do I use this program? Do I need a referral?

No referral is required to access this program.  Simply call or email the Family Navigator, and within 48 hours you will receive a reply.

What services are offered?

The Interior Region Family Navigator will discuss your needs with you, and help connect you with resources within your community. If appropriate, a caregiver assessment  will be completed, and a care plan will be developed with you.
